Location: Springfield, VA - 1 FTE Clearance Required: Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI or SCI Eligible Required Qualifications: Minimum: * DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Program Management (or experience, education and training equivalent to a DAWIA Practitioner certification in Program Management) * A minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management in support of acquisitions with a DAWIA Practitioner certification. * Strong communication skills with proven capability to provide oral and written presentations * Expert knowledge of DoD Program Management procedures * Knowledge of FAR and DFARS * Proven experience in acquisitions for a variety of products and services * Proven ability to assist with strategic-level issues, agile acquisition policies and procedures, acquisition planning, formulating negotiation strategies, analyzing cost and price data, developing negotiation objectives, and negotiating various contract types * Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Proven visual graphics experience (for example but not limited to Process Flow Charts, graphical briefing charts). * Proven website development experience for ongoing efforts (i.e. ULO tracking) RTI Consulting, LLC seeks Key Personnel for a proposal that RTI Consulting, LLC is Priming.
