Job description

$20-$30/hr | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule
We run cheerleading programs for K-6th graders at elementary schools across Fairfax County and Northern Virginia. We need coaches who show up, bring energy, and love working with kids. You'll lead your own class, build skills, and make a difference in a kid's week.
What you'll do:
• Lead after-school cheer classes at local elementary schools (3-5pm weekdays)
• Run high-energy sessions focused on fun, teamwork, and skill-building
• Manage your equipment bag and ensure every kid is safely dismissed
What we're looking for:
• Experience with kids (coaching, teaching, camps, rec - any counts)
• Basic cheer knowledge (we provide curriculum and training)
• Reliable, punctual, professional - kids and parents are counting on you
• Must pass background check + fingerprinting
• Reliable transportation to school sites, preferably if you have your own vehicle
Pay & Schedule:
• $20-$25/hr to start based on experience
• Up to $30/hr for returning experienced coaches
• 1-3 days/week, 10-20 kids per class
