Position Overview:
TEAM is seeking a certified and qualified safety driven NDT/NDE Technician to perform Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection services at various client sites and locations. The ideal candidate will hold certifications in one or more NDT methods, including but not limited to (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, etc.), demonstrate professionalism in the field, and ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, client satisfaction, safety performance, and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods in accordance with TEAM procedures, client specifications, and applicable codes.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using proper forms, digital systems, or reporting platforms.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and support personnel during field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and related tools safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding job scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed and timely records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Ensure proper radiation safety practices (where applicable), including the use of dosimetry and area barricading.
• Adhere to TEAM's Life Critical Expectations and all site-specific safety protocols.
• Uphold industry codes and TEAM's standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Multiple NDT Level II certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies.
• API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP or other advanced certifications.
• Radiation Safety Training / IRRSP or State Industrial Radiographer Card (if applicable to RT).
• Familiarity with digital reporting systems or NDT data software.
• Prior experience working in refineries, petrochemical plants, pipeline projects, or fabrication shops.
• Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Ability to provide relevant documentation in support of obtaining one or multiple Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications in accordance with Team's written practice and certification schema.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and extreme weather.
• Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver in a standard, refinery or plant environment to include the ability to access elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells except when performing non-field duties.
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to communicate effectively.
• Sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to investigations.
• Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to perform routine office duties.

Work Conditions
• Position is based out of a TEAM field office or client site location.
• Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.
• Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel.
• Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.
• Able to wear safety equipment for any task and as required by the safety department for personal protection.
• May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes.
• May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.
• Willingness and ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules as required.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions.
