Work You'll Do

  • Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of the RSA Archer platform to meet client business and technical requirements 
  • Design, develop, and maintain data-driven applications, fields, workflows, dashboards, reports, and access controls within Archer Collaborate with project leadership, architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Archer solutions 
  • Support and implement integrations between Archer and enterprise systems, including data imports, exports, and automation workflows 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform, workflow, and data issues with limited oversight, escalating only when appropriate 
  • Drive requirements analysis, solution documentation, testing, deployment support, and user enablement activities 
  • Support system upgrades, patching, release management, and platform enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations 
  • Ensure all deliverables align with client security, compliance, and quality standards
