ICONMA is an IT Services and Consultant company seeking a RSA Archer Technical Lead / Senior RSA Archer Developer for their Plano, TX location. The role involves leading technical development, configuration, and integrations of RSA Archer, designing solutions, and managing the full software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Lead RSA Archer technical development, configuration, and integrations.
• Design end-to-end solutions, perform gap analysis, and align with best practices.
• Configure Archer components: fields, DDEs, workflows, questionnaires, reports, and notifications.
• Manage data feeds, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Drive full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support UAT, define test scenarios, and ensure quality delivery.
• Implement advanced workflows, dashboards, and access control models.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specs, and configuration records.
