Job Summary:
ICONMA is an IT Services and Consultant company seeking a RSA Archer Technical Lead / Senior RSA Archer Developer for their Plano, TX location. The role involves leading technical development, configuration, and integrations of RSA Archer, as well as designing end-to-end solutions and managing data feeds and platform enhancements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead RSA Archer technical development, configuration, and integrations.
• Design end-to-end solutions, perform gap analysis, and align with best practices.
• Configure Archer components: fields, DDEs, workflows, questionnaires, reports, and notifications.
• Manage data feeds, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Drive full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support UAT, define test scenarios, and ensure quality delivery.
• Implement advanced workflows, dashboards, and access control models.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specs, and configuration records.
• Provide ongoing platform support and continuous improvements.
