Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Lethbridge, Alberta

At Avant Respiratory, we are dedicated team of professionals providing the highest quality in CPAP and sleep therapy services across Canada. We provide clinical consultation, diagnostic services, and treatment.
We're looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, is comfortable on the road, and wants a career with real flexibility and variety.
What You’ll Do
  • Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy at clients’ homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow-up for equipment performance and compliance.
  • Deliver and exchange equipment, which may involve lifting up to 60lbs and long-distance travel for home visits.
  • Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training with various community partners.
  • Perform initial oxygen set-up for discharged clients from health care facility and regular follow-up assessments for oxygen therapy.
  • Conduct in-office consultations and comprehensive sleep consultations with patients, ensuring high patient interaction and support.
  • Effective communication with Physicians, administrative staff, Managers and Directors.
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist designation required
  • Experience or knowledge in Oxygen Therapy is preferred; familiarity with PAP (Positive Airway Pressure) Therapy is a plus.
  • Class 5 Driver’s License required.
  • Professional and friendly interpersonal skills with strong customer service values and communication skills.
  • Good time management skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand various processes in a constantly changing environment.
