Position Overview:

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting business systems and procedures aligned with business needs. The IT Manager collaborates with operations, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to enhance IT functionality, improve cybersecurity, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), TMS, and CRM systems to support distribution operations.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics applications.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and API integrations run smoothly.
  • Lead the IT support team to provide technical assistance to warehouse, logistics, and office personnel.
  • Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and IT service providers.
  • Supervise and mentor IT support staff, system administrators, and network engineers.
  • Provide training programs to enhance IT team capabilities and user adoption of technology.
  • Develop and implement strong business information systems and procedures based upon extensive client interactions.
  • Coordinate and manage various conflicting/high priority client requests; manage expectations and costs. Provide an appropriate level of service and business systems support.
  • Review client satisfaction and operational efficiency over all the system platforms (mainly AS/400) and take appropriate action on a proactive basis.
  • Foster a collaborative and security-focused IT culture.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by leadership
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation:
  • $130,000 - $187,000
  • Warehouse Office – approx. 65F – 75F
Experience:
  • Required: Seven (7) years of software development experience in RPG and/or COBOL on IBM i (AS/400).
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SQL Server and Plantpress.
  • Preferred Strong background in ERP and WMS.
  • Preferred: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Systems or a related field
  • Preferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership
