Job Responsibilities: What you will do
With little or no guidance, incumbents design and develop applications based on business end-user needs. Participate in agile teams as needed.
  • Perform program design, coding, testing, development and documentation activities of complex programs.
  • Review Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and determine necessary follow up questions to clarify expectations and estimated amount of time to complete code changes.
  • Consult with business leaders to gain deeper understanding of request.
  • Participate in integration, training and implementation activities.
  • Assist with the development of technical specifications, development approaches and time requirements for average projects or packaged software implementation.
  • Report status updates accurately to IT and/or business leaders.
  • Provide workable solutions to fix project delays.
  • Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
