Job description

Location: Columbus, OH Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Automation Engineer (RPA)
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows using UiPath Platform.
Analyze existing business processes, document workflows, and translate business process requirements into technical specifications and automation logic.
Build reusable automation components and support development of advanced and moderately complex RPA solutions.
Create and optimize complex SQL queries supporting automation data operations.
Support testing, perform root-cause analysis, break-fix activities, and continuous improvement of automations.
Maintain RPA bots, dashboards, and system integrations.
Communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders promptly.
Develop and Maintain Sharepoint online solution using MS Power Platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, risk, timelines, and delivery milestones.
Apply Agile methodologies to manage backlog, prioritize work, and deliver iterative improvements.
Establish automation standards for documentation, coding practices, value measurement, and governance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience; Master's degree preferred.
6+ years of hands-on combined experience architecting, designing, developing and implementing RPA solutions using UI Path is mandatory.
2+ years of RPA Solution Architect experience is mandatory.
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining SharePoint online solutions using MS Power Platform is mandatory.
8+ years' experience in software application development and implementation is mandatory.
2+ years of experience creating and leveraging AI techniques such as OCR/ICR, Chatbots, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is preferred.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience with OCR data extraction processes.
Strong understanding of programming design and coding techniques.
Ui Path Automation Developer Professional (ADP) Certification preferred
Ui Path Automation Solution Architect Professional (ASAP) Certification preferred
Ui Path Agentic Automation Professional Certification preferred
