Le Manoir St-Amand une RPA de catégorie 3 et RI SAPA, est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) infirmier(ère) auxiliaire afin de pourvoir un poste de responsable comme gestionnaire de proximité .Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par les soins infirmiers et par la clientèle en RPA et RI , qui exercera le rôle de responsable de la planification des effectifs , du respect des normes et critères de soins en lien avec la certification. Aperçu des tâches et responsabilités Volet – Gestion des unités de vie Superviser, organiser et coordonner les ressources disponibles; Agir à titre de personne-ressource dans la résolution des problèmes des unités de soins; Soutenir le personnel professionnel et non professionnel lors de situations complexes; Coordonner, en collaboration avec l’équipe de soins, la gestion de situations cliniques exceptionnelles (ex. : éclosion); Assurer une gestion efficace des insatisfactions des résidents, des familles ou du personnel; Assurer une garde en alternance.

Volet – Gestion du personnel Responsable de la planification des effectifs et de l'approbation des présences des employés de soins. S’assurer du bon déroulement de l’intégration du nouveau personnel; Évaluer le personnel de façon régulière; Assurer le perfectionnement, le maintien et l’actualisation des compétences (incluant les nouvelles technologies); Collaborer à la mise en place des formations; Participer à la gestion des situations problématiques avec les ressources humaines (rencontres, mesures disciplinaires au besoin).
