Services SFT recherche des infirmiers et infirmieres passionne(e)s pour integrer notre equipe dynamique en RPA-RI (Soins a domicile) dans la region du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Nous avons besoin de professionnels qualifies pour des assignations de jour, soir et nuit.

Vos responsabilites

En tant qu'infirmier(ere) en RPA-RI , vous serez amene(e) a :

  • Fournir des soins infirmiers de qualite aux residents.
  • Evaluer l'etat de sante des residents et mettre en uvre les interventions appropriees.
  • Administrer les traitements et assurer le suivi clinique des residents.
  • Collaborer avec l'equipe multidisciplinaire afin d'assurer une prise en charge globale et adaptee.
  • Participer a l'accompagnement des residents et a la communication avec leurs proches.
  • Veiller au confort, a la securite et au bien-etre des residents.
Exigences
  • Vehicule requis.
  • Diplome en soins infirmiers reconnu.
  • Inscription a l'Ordre des infirmieres et infirmiers du Quebec (OIIQ).
  • Experience en RPA-RI , Soins a domicile ou en milieu geriatrique est un atout.
  • Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et en equipe.
  • Disponibilite pour des horaires flexibles, incluant jour, soir et nuit.
  • Maitrise du francais essentielle; la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
Conditions du mandat
  • Temps complet
  • Periode d'affectation : 9 septembre au 3 octobre 2026.
  • 52 $/heure
  • Per diem : 80 $ par jour travaille
