Job description

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing process automation solutions using UiPath. They will need to identify, analyze, manage, support, and facilitate process improvement activities designed to drive operational excellence and best practice in Safety, Quality, Training, and Productivity across the Enterprise. This employee will be instrumental in projects in the Field Operations, Service Delivery, Billing Centers, Customer Call Centers, Shipping Warehouses, and Corporate Support functions with the result being to improve key performance indicators in the organization. The end-purpose of this position is developmental in nature and designed to improve the management and critical thinking skills of employees looking to grow their career with the company.

  • Analyze workflows within and across departments to drive performance improvement and identify efficiency opportunities throughout the company
  • Calculate ROI (return on investment) for prospective process changes
  • Discover, define, and execute against process improvement/continuous improvement project deliverables
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings between internal business owners and external vendors
  • Perform time and motion studies, cycle time analysis, and identify process waste
  • Develop and deliver training materials to support process changes and standardization
  • Work autonomously with business owners to automate and identify opportunity for automation
  • Support business leaders with continuous analysis of our business processes, quantifying opportunities
  • Support Process Improvement culture across the enterprise
  • Experience or willingness to learn how to develop and enhance UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Experience as a project manager or participating in a project development and deployment cycle
  • Must take a general concept and move to a detailed project plan that is executable as well as trackable in tangible objective
  • 4-year degree or equivalent job experience
  • Knowledge of general Change Management methodology is a plus
  • Adapt and learn quickly within a fast-paced environment
  • Must be comfortable and competent with high level of numeric calculations and formulas
  • Must effectively articulate change supported by data and sell change opportunities to management and employees
  • Effective communication skills between front line business and executive leadership
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Quickly identify business variables and with data, support the directional impact these have on the business
  • Must be comfortable presenting to groups ranging up to the executive level
  • Effectively lead teams and persuade peers
  • Must travel 50% or more
  • Must be located in the Clearwater, FL area
