Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA): Implement intelligent automation of HR business processes using agency-approved technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), AI-driven workflows, and chatbots. The ProSidian Engagement Team should recommend and implement a balanced mix of RPA and AI capabilities based on business needs, control requirements, and return on investment, and provide guidance on machine learning ethics and responsible AI in alignment with federal policy. RPA Developer Candidates work to facilitate AI & RPA Automation delivering Human Capital Technology Support - Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA) through Build bots | automate tasks | improve efficiency. Further, they Develop and deploy RPA bots, automate workflows, maintain automation solutions.
