Janitorial Staff Position
Compensation: $16.50–$18.00 per hour (based on experience and location)

All janitorial team members begin at $16.50 per hour during a 30-day trial period.
Following this period, a performance evaluation will be conducted based on reliability, work quality, teamwork, and communication. Your ongoing placement and potential for pay adjustment (after 90 days of employment) will be determined based on this evaluation to ensure the role is a mutual fit.

We value experience, but it is equally important that employees are able to demonstrate their skills and professionalism on the job. This trial period provides an opportunity to showcase your capabilities in a real-world setting.

Housekeepers: $25–$35/hr (depending on experience and assignment)

Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in janitorial or housekeeping work

Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Duties May Include:
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces

Restocking restroom and kitchen supplies

Trash collection and removal

Deep cleaning and general maintenance tasks
