Established in 1986, Royalty Roofing has grown with a solid reputation for our roofing work built on providing quality products, installation and service.

Much of Royalty’s roof work is driven by a customer’s immediate need to resolve a leak and/or replace an old roof. Other customers have chosen to work with Royalty on a long-term basis, and we partner with them to plan roof maintenance and replacement over the course of months or years.

We’re honored that our customers have given us a level of trust and confidence that demonstrates their belief that Royalty Roofing will deliver positive results in a timely manner and at a cost that provides long term value. Royalty’s history of delivering consistent solutions to commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential roofing customers has resulted in a reputation that generates repetitive, referral-based business.

Commercial Roofing Foreman

Duties for Commercial Roofing Foreman for Colorado Springs

* Manage daily safety of the team

* Installation of the roofing membrane, PVC/TPO

* Review daily the quality of work performed by team members and train in any areas that need improvement

* Work daily with Operations Manager on any issues onsite

* Update systems to communicate the progress of the job

* Travel is mandatory for this role

* Per diem paid for overnight stays and travel time is paid both ways to job site

* Pay of $30-$40 per hour with bonus eligibility on the jobs based on performance
