The Royal Heights Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Sports Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our high-performance team in Boulder City, Nevada. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative environment that includes skilled professionals from various disciplines, including physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and sports medicine. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technologies—such as force plates, motion capture systems, and blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy devices—to aid in advanced treatment methods. With a focus on a low patient volume per day, we ensure that each therapist can dedicate quality time to each client, providing a unique opportunity for personalized care.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations focused on athletes’ specific sports to assess their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at optimizing return-to-sport strategies, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and plyometric training in treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with coaches, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals to work towards common goals for patient recovery and performance enhancement.
• Monitor and document patient progress closely and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary.
• Educate athletes on injury prevention strategies, training modifications, and lifestyle changes to facilitate long-term success and resilience.

You will focus on a diverse range of clients, primarily athletes at all levels, who seek to recover from injuries or enhance their physical performance. This includes working with high school and college athletes, recreational sports enthusiasts, and competitive athletes in various sports disciplines. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these clients toward regaining full functionality and achieving their athletic goals.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Nevada state physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• A solid foundation in sports rehabilitation practices and a genuine interest in treating athletes.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster communication and collaboration with athletes, their families, and a multidisciplinary team.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in sports physical therapy or a related field.
• Certifications such as CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) or SCS (Sports Certified Specialist) are highly desirable.
• Prior involvement in athletic training or strength and conditioning roles is a plus.
• New graduates with significant sports involvement and a strong eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply; mentorship will be provided.

The compensation package for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, coupled with performance incentives. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
