NOW HIRING! APARTMENT MAINTENANCE ROVER - $28/HR

As our Apartment Maintenance Rover, based out of Taylor, MI, you’ll be our go-to specialist supporting several communities across Metro Detroit. You’ll step in where help is needed most—tackling HVAC fixes, knocking out work orders, and speeding up unit turns—all while bringing hands-on support to our onsite teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Metro Detroit Support: Traveling locally across Metro Detroit communities to lend a hand with high-priority needs. HVAC diagnosing and repair as well as handling turns and daily service requests.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
  • Certifications: EPA Certification required (HVAC experience is a must!).
  • Driver’s License & Ride: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation suitable for light local travel around Metro Detroit.
