About the Role

As a  Sales Route Manager, you'll be part of a high-energy, team-driven environment where hard work pays off literally. You'll spend the summer traveling with your team to one of our active markets, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and helping them choose premium pest-control services that keep their homes safe and clean.

This is a door-to-door, direct-sales position ideal for competitive, outgoing, and ambitious individuals ready to take control of their income and their future.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods.
  • Present Greenix's pest-control services with confidence and professionalism.
  • Educate customers on benefits, pricing, and treatment options.
  • Generate new accounts and help meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and field mentoring.
  • Travel and live with your team in a designated summer sales area.
