Primary Responsibilities :
- Good communication and building customer relations and address their needs
- Supervise and manage a janitorial staff and address all client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Recruiting and hiring staff
- Coordinates projects such as Floor Care, Special Projects and Events activity involving Custodial Staff
- Train and develop future leaders
Qualifications/Requirements for the Position:
- 5 years of Account Management and Supervisory experience required
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
