Summary/Objective
The Route Settlement Specialist in the branch locations verifies drivers' paperwork, bank deposits and full-service bags. The Route Settlement Specialist is responsible for reconciling daily routes from various locations. Other duties are assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Count cash
  • Verify that checks are filled out correctly, signed, and stamped
  • Operate adding machine
  • Set up and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
  • Check for PO #'s, customer signatures, store stamps and DSD sheets
  • Scan paperwork to appropriate shared folders for Route Settlement and other departments
  • Operation of Windows based computer systems
  • Clerical skills, organization and filing paperwork
  • Interact and communicate with supervisors, route drivers, and other staff in a positive and professional manner
  • Prepare deposits for delivery to the bank

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years' experience in an office setting preferred
