Job description

ComSonics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Repair Services Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making in person calls on cable systems within a multi-state territory where you will meet with customers to promote the sale of ComSonics' equipment repair services as well as pick up and ship equipment for repair.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage efficient travel routes to maximize customer engagement
  • Pick up, package, and ship equipment to designated repair facilities (minimum every two days)
  • Accurately complete and distribute all required service and shipping documentation
  • Handle and document customer complaints and ensure timely communication internally
  • Provide product demonstrations in support of sales efforts when needed
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
  • One year of sales related experience preferably in the cable industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
