Job description

PepsiCo is seeking Sales Associates (Order to Shelf – OTS) to merchandise and stock PepsiCo products in retail stores such as grocery stores, big box stores, and convenience stores. Sales Associates are responsible for stocking shelves, filling coolers, building product displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, organizing backroom inventory, and ensuring PepsiCo products are properly displayed according to company merchandising standards. Associates also work with store managers to maintain inventory levels, place orders for product, and ensure shelves and displays remain fully stocked. This position typically pays $20 to $28 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, mileage reimbursement in some routes, performance bonuses, and holiday pay depending on location and route. Sales Associates are responsible for traveling between multiple store locations on an assigned route, stocking shelves and coolers, building promotional displays, rotating product, tracking inventory, placing orders using handheld devices, and maintaining relationships with store managers. Employees must follow company merchandising standards, safety guidelines, and route schedules while ensuring stores are properly stocked. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, pension benefits in some locations, paid time off, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities for advancement into Route Sales Representative or management roles.
