Overview
Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement and Sales departments through the maintenance of product data, item setup support, product image management, and system updates. This role contributes to the efficiency of procurement and sales operations by ensuring product information, pricing updates, and promotions are accuratelyย maintainedย within company systems used by internal teamsย
Responsibilities
- Maintain product item records within the company's ERPย and related systems, ensuring accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and case pack information.ย
- Supportย creation,ย setup,ย activation, and inactivationย of product items within the ERP system, including items used forย cross-dock operations, based on approved requests from Buyers or the Category Manager.ย
- Process andย maintainย product setup documentation and product information associated with item creation and updates.ย
- Maintain product image assets by capturing, editing,ย formattingย andย uploading productย images into company systems.ย
- Ensure product images meet system requirements and areย properlyย linked to the corresponding item records.ย
- Maintain product pricing information within company systems by updating prices and implementingย promotional pricing based on approved changes from Category Manager, Pricing or Sales Leadership.ย
- Verify that pricing updates and promotions are accurately reflected across company systemsย prior to activation.ย
- Provide operational support forย Salesย platform byย assistingย with customer assignments, route mapping updates, promotion activation, and system maintenance as directed.ย
- Assistย with activation and inactivation of items withinย Salesย platform.ย
- Support Sales Representatives by assisting with product information requests and product documentation when needed.ย
- Maintainย organized documentation related to product information, vendorย recordsย and pricing updates.ย
Qualifications
- Knowledgeย isย generallyย associatedย with anย associate's degree in business administrationย or a related field.ย
- Experience working with ERPย systems or similar business management software preferred.ย
- Proficiencyย in Microsoft Officeย applications, particularly Excel.ย
- Strong attention to detail and ability toย maintainย accurateย data across multiple systems.ย
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.ย
- Strong organizational and communication skills.ย
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, Accounting and Warehouse operations.ย
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
