Requirements
We Are Looking for Candidates Who:
  • Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work
  • Are reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
  • Have a strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency
  • Are mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (we will train you!)
  • Want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career
  • Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50-80 lbs)
  • Hold a valid driver's license and are able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed
  • Do not need a college degree-just motivation and a willingness to learn
  • Are excited to join a team with full onboarding, paid training, and full benefits after 60 days
  • Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one - required)

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
  • Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products
  • Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers
  • Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
  • Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
  • Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records
  • Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
  • Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement
