Seven Shifts Per Month is FT. More Time for Family, Travel, and Life Outside the ED.

We are seeking an outstanding Emergency Medicine physician to join our team serving Winslow, Arizona. Physicians can choose to live in the area and enjoy everything Northern Arizona has to offer-including outdoor recreation, wide-open spaces, and easy access to Flagstaff, Sedona, the White Mountains, and the Grand Canyon-or commute from Phoenix, Albuquerque, and other surrounding communities or elsewhere in the US.

  • Approximately 12,000 annual ED visits

  • Hybrid staffing model:

    • Physician in-house 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

    • On-call 8:00 PM-8:00 AM

  • Most physicians work 3-4 consecutive days in a row

  • A focus on work-life balance

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities open

Schedule & Compensation

  • $3,870 per 24-hour (12-hr day, 12 hours on call)

  • Equivalent to $15,480 for a four-day run

  • Sign-on bonus available for full-time employment

  • Eligible for annual year-end bonus

  • Full-time is seven days per month
