Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional freight stability with steady freight movement, practical scheduling, and weekly home time designed to keep drivers moving efficiently throughout the week.

Here's What We Offer:

Weekly pay averaging $1,500 to $1,600
6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters
Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays
Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses

• Assigned trucks with no slip seating
• Weekly direct deposit pay
• Maintained Peterbilt equipment fleet

You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to make regional driving more manageable. Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and support consistent freight movement throughout the week. Dispatch planning is built around maintaining organized regional scheduling and practical route flow for drivers running steady freight lanes.

When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations. We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.

Getting Started:

Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.

What We Need From You:

A valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience. We're hiring CDL-A truck drivers who take the work seriously and show up ready to do the job right.
