MDRT is seeking a Global Markets Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and member support to the Regional Alliance Managers. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for members and internal stakeholders across global markets initiatives.
The Administrative Assistant operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, supporting multiple concurrent projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating shifting priorities, managing work through several iterations, and adapting quickly based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Global Markets department and its programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and global stakeholders.
  • Follow up on programs and services to ensure completion and identify any outstanding needs.
  • Coordinate shipment deliveries for MCC events.
  • Oversee multiple dedicated email inboxes.
  • Oversee the approval and invitation process for executive-level guests for the Annual Meeting and Global Conference.
  • Communicate effectively with team members by providing regular updates and reporting on key activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
