Job description

AgriSteel, a division of Bayland Buildings, Inc. is actively seeking a Fabricator-Welder to complete fabrication at the Oshkosh location. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!


Core Responsibilities:


  • Committed to maintaining a safe work environment

  • Work in a fast-paced environment


Key Qualifications:


  • Must be able to Wire Feed Weld, Spray and Short Circuit Transfer
  • Able to Read, Interpret and Build Parts from Drawings/Prints
  • Ability to work overtime periodically
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
  • Must have knowledge and ability to operate hand/power tools
