Job description

Risk/Vulnerability Analyst I
Rothe Development, Inc. (RDI) is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Vulnerability Analyst I to join our security control assessment, vulnerability assessment, software assurance, and risk assessment teams supporting our Nation’s ballistic missile defense program. This individual will perform research, analysis, and data gathering activities while conducting threat, vulnerability, and capability maturity assessments. The individual will be expected to apply critical thinking, conduct gap analyses, and develop implementation plans for the improvement of cybersecurity in large, complex defense systems.
This position is an on-site role in Colorado Springs (Schriever SFB) and requires Secret clearance.
Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 annually
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • 2+ years of Cybersecurity-field experience.
  • Active secret clearance
  • Functional Responsibility: Performs data gathering, research, and analysis while conducting threat, vulnerability, risk, and maturity assessments.
  • Capable of executing Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessment, Cybersecurity Software Assurance Assessment, or Cybersecurity Risk Assessment tasks.
  • Position requirements are identified as DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
