Job description

What YOU will be responsible for as a Plumbing Service Technician:

  • Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
  • Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining plumbing systems and their components in residential applications
  • Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
  • Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
  • Learning the Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Plumbing Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)
  • Dig jobs (sewer and water service) are contracted out to Dig Team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer service, communication, sales ability, and organization skills
  • Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
  • Clean driving record and background examination
  • Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, and tool account)
  • Must be proficient with smartphone, email, (Service titan is a plus) etc.
  • Proficient in sales
