Your Role
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll help deliver the quality, professionalism, and "White Glove" experience that homeowners have trusted Roth to provide for over 50 years.
Responsibilities include:
  • Installing residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Installing and modifying ductwork and air distribution systems
  • Leading installation projects from start to finish
  • Mentoring and developing apprentice installers
  • Ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards
  • Maintaining organized jobsites and company vehicles
  • Communicating professionally with homeowners
  • Completing job documentation accurately and efficiently

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong technical and installation skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Positive attitude and commitment to quality
