The GE HealthCare Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is the premier program for developing entry-level talent into future sales leaders. This challenging two-year rotational program is focused on the accelerated development of sales talent at GE HealthCare. CLP offers a core curriculum that fosters the development of commercial skills and techniques that are critical to our company's success.
Job Description
The Commercial Leadership Program is an intensive 2-year rotational sales and leadership training program designed to cultivate exceptional commercial leaders at GE HealthCare. Throughout the program, participants will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities. These encompass comprehensive commercial skills training, specialized modality/product training, territory management, customer engagements, adeptly managing sales funnels, effective prospecting, optimizing inside sales techniques, and project management.
CLP accelerates your learning and productivity by incorporating a blend of self-study modules, cutting-edge digital tools, invaluable mentored on-the-job training, and headquarters-sponsored training. You will simultaneously focus on mastering sales skills while learning the technical aspects of your modality to become successful in an off-program role. Modalities include imaging, ultrasound, patient care solutions, service, and diagnostic pharmaceuticals.
The program comprises 3 rotations (6 months, 7 months, 11 months), spanning a total duration of 24 months. The rotations included in field assignments across the US and one headquarters rotation in Wisconsin. Location flexibility is required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree (graduation between December 2025 to May 2027); all majors

  • Demonstrated interested in Sales

  • Geographic Flexibility: At least one rotation will be in Milwaukee, WI. Other rotations will be in any metropolitan area within the US

  • Travel and relocation required (relocation benefits available)
