Who Weโ€™re Looking For:

Weโ€™re seeking a motivated Rotational Intern to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including Finance, Accounting, Contracts & Compliance, Marketing, and Human Resources. This internship is designed to provide exposure to a variety of business functions and help develop a well-rounded understanding of corporate operations. Our new Rotational Intern will assist department leaders with administrative, analytical, and project-based tasks while learning industry best practices and supporting day-to-day business needs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

Our new Rotational Intern will support various departments through a structured rotation program, gaining exposure to key business processes and functions across the organization. Responsibilities may include reviewing and organizing documentation, updating spreadsheets and reports, conducting data entry and analysis, assisting with budget and cost tracking activities, supporting account reconciliations and journal entry preparation, maintaining records and compliance documentation, assisting with recruiting and HR administration, reviewing resumes and job descriptions, tracking employee information, and supporting marketing initiatives and communications. The Rotational Intern will utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to analyze data, prepare reports, and support departmental projects, as well as different software used by each department. If you are motivated by working efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with multiple project relationships and competing priorities, this is the perfect fit for you.

What You Bring to The Table:

  • High school diploma/GED; or currently pursuing an Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and gain exposure to multiple business function
