Assistant Nurse Manager: $100,000 - 105,000 annually
Shift/Schedule/Status:
Full Time - Day shift 6am-2pm, rotating weekends, rotating holidays

Minimum Requirement:
Education:
  • Degree from an accredited professional nursing program; must possess a current RN license in good standing for the applicable state and current CPR certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of SUD/Behavioral Health (BH) nursing experience in a residential setting. CARN certification may substitute for 2 years of SUD/MH experience.
  • BSN with 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Associate's degree (AA) with 3 years of leadership experience in a nursing role Experience:
  • Demonstrates strong clinical expertise, leadership experience, and operational knowledge to support high[1]quality patient care and efficient unit management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of SUD or Mental Health nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an entry-level leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or team lead).
  • Proven ability to mentor staff, manage workflows, and uphold compliance standards.
  • Preferred experience in:
  • Staff scheduling and coverage management
  • Utilization review to ensure appropriate reimbursement
  • Quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with medical, clinical, and administrative teams
  • Problem-solving and crisis management in a fast-paced residential setting
