JOB SUMMARY:
Claritev's Technology Leadership Rotation Program provides an opportunity for recent college graduates interested in launching a career in technology. The program is designed to provide and develop skills related to Information Technology and the different areas of the Company they support. Incumbents rotate through various fields within Technology services at the Company in a short period of time while focusing on the development and application of leadership skills. Incumbents must complete each rotation in its entirety before moving to their next rotation.
All rotations are 12 months long. During the course of this 3-year program, incumbents have the choice of the following Technology services (may change from year to year):
* Artificial Intelligence (AI)
* Digital Transformation Office
* Technology Chief of Staff
* Project Management/Business Analysis
* Information Security/Risk Management
* Infrastructure/Service Management
* Cloud Platform Engineering
* Data Engineering
* DevSecOps
* Database Administration/Middleware
* Product Owner/Product Manager
* Database Administration (Oracle and SQL Server)
* UX & Design
* Application Development-Java Web Services
* Application Development-Microsoft .NET
* Application Development-Data Management (ETL, Informatica)
* Application Development-Full Stack

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Integrated curriculum develops key skills: team building, presentations, giving and receiving feedback, technology, business knowledge and leadership.
2. Collaborate, network, and work with other early career professionals in the program.
3. Benefit from formal and informal coaching, mentoring, and feedback from all levels of the organization.
4. Work closely with Senior IT and Business Leaders, with opportunities to lead strategic project work beyond the rotation's core responsibilities.
5. Provide feedback to Program Director to help enhance program curriculum.
6. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
8. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
9. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data - this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.

JOB SCOPE: Incumbent works under the direction of Senior IT and Business Leaders with opportunities for strategic project work beyond the rotation's core responsibilities. Work is dynamic and varied and incumbents rotate through various functional areas within IT and the departments they support.

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
* A cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher (out of 4.0 scale or equivalent) at the time of graduation
* Demonstrated track record of success and leadership experience outside the classroom
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
* Interest in a career in Information Technology.
* Planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership and presentation skills.
* Strong communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills with a collaborative orientation.
* Ability to analyze data and arrive at a logical conclusion.
* Ability to work with, learn and grow from technical stakeholders as well as managers across multiple business units.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
* Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow through.
* Ability to be flexible and creative in problem solving and identifying process improvements.
* Ability to use software, hardware and peripherals related to performance of job responsibilities and ability to learn additional software as needed.

Eligible applicants may be invited to information sessions in October.
COMPENSATION:
The starting salary for this position is $100,000.00. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
