These jobs are often part of structured programs designed to give workers broad experience, develop new skills, and help them understand various aspects of the business. Rotational programs are common in fields like engineering, finance, and management, and they can be particularly helpful for recent graduates or employees seeking career growth. Participants typically spend a few months to a year in each role before rotating to the next assignment. This approach helps both the employee and employer identify the best fit for longer-term positions.
