Position: Project Manager

Company Overview:

Healy Riggs is a leading construction recruiting company looking for a Project Manager in Miami, FL.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join a growing Commercial construction company in Miami, FL. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members

- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays

- Proactively address any project challenges and implement solutions

- Ensure all safety standards and regulations are being followed on site

- Manage and negotiate project contracts and change orders

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress

- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management

- Manage project documentation and records

- Conduct project close-out activities and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- PMP certification is a plus

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in Miami, FL. The Project Manager will work primarily on construction sites, but may also be required to work in an office setting. Some travel may be required for site visits and client meetings. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines.
