As a Front Desk/Healthcare Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the client experience, blending administrative expertise and exceptional hospitality to create a seamless and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike. You will report to the Practice Manager and collaborate with teams across physical therapy, wellness, and billing.โ€ฏ

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure efficient operations and a high-quality client experience.โ€ฏ
  • Utilize and manage data in customer relationship management (CRM) and EMR systems (e.g., Optimis, Duxware) with accuracy.โ€ฏ
  • Communicate professionally with clients, clinical staff, and internal teams using Microsoft Teams and other channels.โ€ฏ

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for client care.โ€ฏ
  • Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and communication abilities.โ€ฏ
  • Experience with Apple and Windows products, Microsoft Teams, and relevant software.โ€ฏ
  • Familiarity with EMR and CRM systems.โ€ฏ
  • Ability to manage multiple situations with poise and confidence.โ€ฏ
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and openness to new ideas.โ€ฏ

Bonus Skills:

  • Associate degree in a related field.โ€ฏ
