Die Cut Operator

Wage: $18 - $22/hour

Our operations run in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment where safety, teamwork, and efficiency are essential. With advanced equipment and a skilled workforce, we rely on dedicated machine operators and warehouse team members to produce, handle, and ship our products with accuracy and care.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Operate die cutting machines to cut materials to specifications
  • Set up and adjust dies, tooling, and machine settings
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Follow safety procedures and production schedules

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operation experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read measurements and job specifications
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed

Hours & Work Conditions

Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday

Hours: 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Work Environment: Warehouse

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials up to 50 lbs
  • Repetitive use of hands and arms, including grasping, reaching, and handling materials
  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for operating equipment and handling products
  • Ability to safely operate or work around industrial equipment
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
