Ross Prestress (Ross) is a manufacturer of precast and prestressed concrete products headquartered in Knoxville, TN. Founded in 1976, Ross serves the highway and commercial construction markets with a variety of standard and custom concrete products. Summers - Taylor is always actively searching to add new, qualified team members to our Ross Prestressed Concrete Division.
