Rosina Foods is hiring a All shifts Production Supervisor to lead daily production and sanitation operations at our West Seneca facility. If you're passionate about team development, quality, and safety—we want to hear from you.

Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support your team through daily production goals

  • Oversee scheduling, equipment operations, and shift transitions

  • Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments

  • Coach, train, and evaluate hourly associates

  • Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and food safety compliance

  • Collaborate across departments (Sanitation, Quality, Maintenance)

  • Use tools like Shop Logix, Safety Chain, and Corvium to support workflow and training

  • Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness during sanitation activities

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in food production

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices

  • Comfortable using basic computer programs and production software

  • Bilingual or prior sanitation certification (CCP1/CCP2) is a plus

Schedule:

6:00pm-6:30am

Work Environment:
Fast-paced food manufacturing facility with exposure to temperature changes. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and lead by example on the floor.
