Position Summary
As a General Production Associate, you'll play an essential role in our production operations by ensuring that our food products are prepared, packaged, and labeled with care and accuracy. You'll rotate between different areas on the production line and help maintain our high standards for food safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
  • Follow daily work instructions and company procedures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Inspect and package products according to specifications and customer requirements.
  • Label, bundle, and identify finished products.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
  • Support quality, food safety, and productivity goals across departments.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 months of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in warm, cold, or humid conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic reading, math, and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
