Job description

Company: Rosina Food Products
Location: Remote - Must reside in the Central U.S. Region (Midwest)
Salary: $175,000 - $200,000/yr + Bonus
Lead Sales Strategy for a Growing Foodservice Brand
Rosina Food Products is seeking an experienced Director - Foodservice Sales (Central Region) to lead regional growth across distributor, broker, and operator channels.
This senior leadership role will oversee sales strategy, broker relationships, and direct sales teams while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage direct and brokered sales teams across the Central Region
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and annual sales plans
  • Forecast sales targets by brand, product line, and market
  • Identify growth opportunities across key channels including:
    • Distributor networks
    • K-12
    • Non-Commercial accounts
    • Large Local Operators (LLOs)
  • Guide pricing strategy and support negotiations with customers and distribution partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development on new product initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity
  • Represent Rosina at industry events and trade shows
  • Partner with HR on talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10-15 years of senior sales experience in a foodservice products company
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership / people management experience
  • Experience managing broker networks and distributor partnerships
  • Frozen foods industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive regional sales growth and strategic initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000
