Rosina Food Products, Inc. is hiring a dedicated and energetic

Responsibilities:
New Hire Onboarding
- Greet and welcome new hires on Day 1; provide plant tours and introductions
- Conduct daily and weekly check-ins with new associates
- Monitor progress through 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding checkpoints
- Ensure onboarding supplies and training documents are prepared
On-the-Job Training
- Provide hands-on support and feedback during training
- Reinforce company policies, proper PPE use, and quality/safety standards
Program Management
- Track training progress using Rosina University Online and other systems
- Maintain accurate records and report metrics to HR and Operations
- Conduct refresher training as needed
- Support cross-training and skill development efforts across departments
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior training, coaching, or team lead experience a plus
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Alchemy, HRIS tools)
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Work Environment:
- Loud, fast-paced production floor
- Exposure to wet, humid, hot, and cold environments
- Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 60 lbs, and pushing/pulling heavy carts

Pay & Schedule:
- $20.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm as well as flexing your schedule for 2nd shift new hires.
