A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Server -  

  • Responsible for greeting and serving guests in the venue's dining areas (with a smile on your face ) 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event 
  • Fulfill guest orders for food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner 
  • Re-stock work stations as necessary 
  • Operate Point-of-Sale system and process payment for purchased food & beverage items 
  • Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards 
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements 
  • Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures 
  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!) 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned 
THE PERFECT MATCH

  • Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments 
  • Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere 
  • Work both independently and with a team 
  • Basic PC knowledge 
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems 
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs 
  • 2+ years of experience working in high volume, fine dining atmosphere preferred  
  • Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled 
  • Enjoy free food (we'll feed you during every event shift)
