Join PALFINGER as a Warranty Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims from intake through resolution and recovery. This role serves as a key liaison between Service, Production, Sales, Quality, and suppliers to ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently. The Warranty Specialist contributes to operational excellence through data analysis, root cause support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in reducing warranty costs while improving product and supplier performance.
Your Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and submit warranty claims accurately and timely in accordance with OEM and vendor guidelines
  • Validate warranty eligibility by reviewing service documentation, work orders, labor, and parts usage to ensure compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with OEMs and suppliers regarding authorizations, claim status, audits, and discrepancies
  • Research and resolve denied or short-paid claims, including root cause analysis and coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain accurate records, track claims, and identify trends to support continuous improvement and reduce warranty failures

Your Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in warranty administration, quality, service, manufacturing, or supplier management
  • Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies, claim processes, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with ERP, service management, or warranty systems, including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
