Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions that foster client growth and resilience.
  • Maintain and manage detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accountability and professionalism in all documentation.
  • Facilitate regular case consultations and peer review meetings within the multidisciplinary team, promoting the sharing of insights and fostering collaborative treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys with confidence.
  • Stay current with developments in the mental health field, integrating the latest research into practice to deliver the most effective care to your clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex behavioral issues. Our emphasis on evidence-based therapies ensures that you will be equipped to provide the best support to each individual. Your approach will be compassionate and tailored, acknowledging the unique backgrounds and experiences of those you serve.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, allowing for personalized and impactful care tailored to each client.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering the ability to form trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience
