Employees in these roles take guest orders, prepare trays or carts, and ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately. They may also be responsible for setting up service in the room, handling payments or signatures, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism. Room service staff often work closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
