Position Summary:

Provide prompt, efficient and friendly Food and Beverage service to guests of the Lodge, who are dining in their rooms. Job requirements include a high level of responsibility as well as organizational and communication skills. Job applicants must be able to move and lift to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of times.

Essential Functions:

  • Be familiar with Room Service standards.
  • Know location of all rooms and function areas in the main lodge and courtyard.
  • Be aware of daily specials and attend lunch and dinner pre-service.
  • Have full working knowledge of foods, sauces, beverages their preparation and presentation.
  • Know proper tray set-up according to Stein Eriksen Lodge policy.
  • All Room Service personnel should work together to keep the Room Service area clean.
