About the Role

Medworks is hiring a Regional Service Manager to provide elevated leadership, operational oversight, and field support across our West Region, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic field environment.

While this position is not a clinical role, the Regional Service Manager must have the operational awareness and working knowledge necessary to support case coverage when needed. You'll be a key partner to the VP of Operations-helping guide field teams, improving operational efficiency, supporting credentialing compliance, strengthening relationships with accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a multistate region.

Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, team performance, and the overall success of Medworks' service operations in the West.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical support for assigned region(s).
  • Partner with the VP of Operations to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and workflow improvement.
  • Lead and support recruitment and retention efforts for key field-based roles.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate service team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with accounts, surgeons, and business partners.
  • Support the implementation of company initiatives and regional performance goals.
  • Monitor and maintain credentialing compliance for regional team members.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to service issues, ensuring a concierge-level customer experience.
  • Manage team schedules, payroll functions, and monitor overtime.
  • Ensure compliance with Medworks policies, facility expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support for service, satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Multi-site or regional management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the West Region (including overnight travel).
  • Understanding of basic operating room protocols.
  • Experience in urology is helpful but not required.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to navigate challenging conversations.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and schedule-planning capabilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and motivate field teams.
  • Customer-service orientation with a commitment to building productive partnerships.

Schedule & Travel

  • Monday-Friday general schedule, with flexibility based on regional needs.
  • Regular travel throughout the West Region required.
  • Overnight travel is expected as part of supporting multistate field operations.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time, depending on case support or facility requirements.
