Are You Compassionate and Ready for a Truly Rewarding Opportunity?
Community Care Network's contracted Shared Living Program creates opportunities for children and adults with developmental disabilities to live in the community and experience the meaning of home with the support of a Shared Living Provider. Shared Living Providers are more than just roommates. They support individuals with day-to-day activities, including: personal care, budgeting, accessing medical care, and developing social skills, as part of a larger team. In doing this, Shared Living Providers open the door for individuals to become part of a home, family, and community.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals interested in working from home while making a meaningful difference in someone's life. Shared Living Providers provide a safe and secure environment where individuals can thrive emotionally, physically and socially. We use a careful matching process to ensure that each placement is mutually compatible. All homes are welcome to apply! Shared Living Providers are independent contractors who receive a tax-free stipend, Room & Board, respite budget, ongoing training, and team support.
